Studio Green ("we", "us", "our") is an independent marketing and web design studio operating as studiogreenmarketing.co.uk. We're the data controller responsible for any personal data you share with us through this website.

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the site:

• Tally: powers the project enquiry form and processes the details you submit.
• Hosting and email: our website host and email provider store the site and our correspondence.
• Content delivery: Fontshare serves our typeface and jsDelivr serves a small scrolling script; both may see your IP address when your browser requests those files.
• Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, an analytics provider helps us understand site usage in an aggregated, anonymised form.

Some of the providers we use may store or process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we make sure it's protected by recognised safeguards, such as a UK adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, so it gets the same level of protection as it would here.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the project plus any period required for legal and accounting purposes. After that it's securely deleted.
